Ingredients:

1 lb. bag cranberries, divided
orange juice
1 orange, peeled, seeded and cut into eighths
1 apple, peeled, cored and cut into eighths
To make:

1. Place about half of the bag of cranberries in a medium saucepan. Add enough orange juice to half cover the cranberries. Cook over medium heat until all the cranberries pop (about 5 minutes or so).

2. Place the other half bag of cranberries, orange slices, and apple slices in a food processor. Process until chopped fine.

3. Add the chopped fruit to the saucepan with the cranberries and orange juice and cook another 5 minutes.

4. Let cool and then refrigerate.
