Affiliate Agreement
This is our 'Affiliate Agreement', which also serves as our 'Rules and Regulations' for the noelnoelnoel.com Click-Thru Affiliate Program. noelnoelnoel.com is owned and operated by Nelidova Enterprises, LLC with whom this agreement is made.
General Terms
Members of our program must agree to the Affiliate Agreement before requesting membership. Your request for membership in this program is considered acceptance of the terms within this agreement.
Membership Term
A membership term is ongoing. There is no renewal date for membership. Your membership can be terminated by you as long as you request termination in writing by sending a cancellation request to affiliates@noelnoelnoel.com. Nelidova Enterprises, LLC may terminate your membership at anytime as deemed prudent or necessary by Nelidova Enterprises, LLC.
Banner, Button or Text Link Placement
Members of the Clik-Thru Affiliate Program are required to place a banner, button, or text link which points to a pre-determined web URL, given to you by Nelidova Enterprises, LLC. It is the member's responsibility to place said link within the page(s) of their web site. The member is responsible for ensuring that their link includes their Member ID which is provided by Nelidova Enterprises, LLC. If the link is setup incorrectly by the member, Nelidova Enterprises, LLC does not assume any responsibility for lost revenue by the member.
Payment To Affiliates
Nelidova Enterprises, LLC agrees to pay each member accordingly for amounts due to them. Payments are made 4 times per year on a quarterly basis and is sent via standard mail to the address on record for the member. It is the responsibility of each member to keep their mailing address info current. If mail is returned to us because a member has not kept this info current, no attempt will be made by Nelidova Enterprises, LLC to seek current mailing address information.
Quarterly Payment Schedule:::Payment Made First Week Of;
September, December, March, June
Payment is based on the following schedule of fees:
Verified Unique Click Through: $0.03 each
Verified Member Referral: $1.02 each (calculated as 34 click throughs)
Payment is credited to member accounts in a 'Lump Sum' click thru amount. Example, a $1.02 lump sum payment will equal a credit of 34 click thrus (34 X $0.03 = $1.02) being added to member's current statistics and will be paid out at the end of the current quarter.
A minimum of 100 click throughs is necessary before a check will be cut although any amount of click throughs will remain and accumulate in a members account until the minimum is reached.

Verified Member Referral: 34 click credit ($1.02)
What Does Verified Mean?
Our software keeps track of who clicks through on our banners. If a person clicks through more than once, they are only counted one time. The first time they click through, they are considered 'unique'. Each subsequent click through, they are no longer unique and their click through is not counted. However, a cookie is placed in their browser with your ID in it. Thus, if they sign up as an affiliate, we'll know it was you who sent them!
Improper Usage
The member agrees to use their membership in a proper manner. This includes following all basic forms of etiquette known by the Internet community as a whole. The following are specifically forbidden and will result in immediate membership termination and forfeiture of any fees owed to member;
Repeatedly Clicking On Your Own Banner
Any attempt by a member or visitor to a member's web site to artifically inflate click-thru statistics by repeatedly clicking through on a member banner is grounds for dismissal from our affiliate program. Our software keeps track of and reports this activity to us. This activity will not be successful in any event as our software ignores repeat click thrus.
Link Spoofing/Blind Links
Any attempt by a member to inappropriately, or misguidingly direct visitors to our web site through their member link are grounds for immediate termination of membership. Only approved banners and text links as provided at http://www.noelnoelnoel.com/affiliate/html/banners.html are to be used by members.
Disclaimers
Member agrees that all accounting of links and click-thrus will be provided by software operated by Nelidova Enterprises, LLC and/or noelnoelnoel.com. The stats for a member's account can be viewed at http://www.noelnoelnoel.com/affiliate/html/member_stats.htm . Additionally, each member understands that visitors to a member site, and sub-sequent click-thrus may not be registered by our software if the person or persons who click thru do not have 'cookies' enabled on their web browser. In this case, click-thru cannot be verified by Nelidova Enterprises, LLC and no credit will be made for any claim made in this instance. If a dispute shall arise, it should be made in writing with a full explanation of the dispute, including pertinent info such as your Member ID, date, and time.
